No. Every connection type on this hub — rotating, dedicated, and the rest as they ship — bills per modem for a fixed period rather than per gigabyte, so bandwidth is unlimited across the board. That matters because mobile carriers themselves do charge providers per gigabyte and often throttle a SIM after a "fair use" threshold; a metered plan passes that carrier cost straight to you, which is cheaper for a small, bursty job but can get expensive fast on a continuous, high-volume one.
