What each platform actually prohibits — fake identity, ban evasion, vote manipulation, spam, or scripting outside an official API — is a behavior policy, not a network policy. Every platform in this cluster treats IP trust roughly the same way: mobile carrier IPs sit at the top because carrier-grade NAT means thousands of real subscribers share each address, so a platform cannot block one without hitting genuine users. Residential IPs sit in the middle, and datacenter ranges are the easiest for automated systems to flag and block by ASN alone.

The rule that matters is per account, not per platform: never share one IP across two logged-in accounts on the same platform. A single dedicated IP can support one account across multiple platforms if that account genuinely belongs to one person or brand — it’s clustering within a platform’s own detection graph that causes bans.

No proxy is ban-proof on any platform. A dedicated mobile IP removes the network-level risk factors — shared fingerprints, datacenter reputation, cross-account clustering — but you still need human-like pacing, session isolation, and to follow each platform’s own rules for the account to stay in good standing.
